How credits are spent

You only pay for the

Recording, editing, exporting and sharing are all part of the seat. Credits are drawn down only when the AI runs, when it transcribes your narration and drafts the steps.

Do credits expire?
No. A pack you buy stays in your balance until it's used, however long that takes.
What happens if we run out of credits mid-month?
Recording and reviewing keep working; only new AI drafting pauses until you top up. Buy another 1,000-credit pack and you're going again instantly.
Can we add or remove seats during the month?
Yes. Invite a member and the €4.99 seat is prorated; remove one and it stops billing at the end of the period.
Is the Android app a separate charge?
No. The seat covers both the Android capture app and the full web dashboard for that person.
Roughly how many SOPs does 1,000 credits draft?
Dozens, depending on how long each recording is. A procedure with more steps and narration costs more. The exact credit cost of every SOP is shown on the dashboard, so you always know where the pack stands.
